To become a certified mediator in San Bernardino County, there are several steps that need to be taken. First, it is important to understand the requirements for becoming a mediator in California. According to the California Dispute Resolution Programs Act, mediators must complete a minimum of 40 hours of training in mediation techniques and theory. This training must be provided by a state-approved provider.
