The Role We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Growth Associate to join our team in launching our new brand. The Junior Growth Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and market penetration of our new brand. Responsibilities

• Assist in market research and analysis to inform growth strategies
• Support the execution to acquire new customers and increase brand awareness
• Collaborate with the product and marketing team to create and implement retention strategies
• Help analyze customer behavior and feedback to identify growth opportunities
• Stay up-to-date on the latest growth marketing techniques and technologies
• Monitor and report on key metrics, including customer acquisition, retention, and engagement

Other useful information

• Start date: the sooner the better
• Size of team in Poland: 14 and growing
• Working hours: start between 8 and 10 am and work for 8h (30 min paid learning time included)
• We cultivate remote working culture but due to the fact that we are looking for a junior person, we would like you to work partially from the office
• We have a flat structure

About You

• You are passionate about Digital Products, Marketing, Social Media, and Growth (no degree required)
• You have strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform growth strategies
• You have excellent project management and organizational skills
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• You have passion for Product Growth and a desire to learn
• Familiarity with the barbershop or beauty industry is a plus
