🔧 Skills

Solid Linux experience and system administration skills.
Strong knowledge of networking protocols and network routing.
Ability to write / modify systemtap or bpftrace scripts.
Extensive experience reading packet traces.
Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work with conflicting priorities.
Effective communication and attentive listening skills.
Open-minded and collaborative approach.

👉 Responsibilities

  • Act as the direct contact for customer inquiries about Red Hat networking offerings.
  • Work with Red Hat’s strategic cloud partners to solve multi-vendor customer issues.
  • Consult with engineers and developers to promote creative solutions.
  • Contribute to the open source community and Red Hat’s knowledge management system.

🔍 Requirements

  • Need to be available for weekend shift duties on a rotational schedule.
  • Ability to read/write C code and produce reproducers in C/python/perl or another programming language.
  • Knowledge of Red Hat Openshift Platform is a plus but not a requirement.
