- Collaborate with customers to outline and execute Joint Success Plans.
- Regularly review customer data to identify emerging opportunities and risks.
- Capture success metrics and engage key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with our Sales, Renewals, and Product teams.
🔍 Requirements
- Fluency in English and either German, Spanish or Italian.
- Over 8 years of experience in managing large enterprise customers.
- Experience in using CRM software.
