- Deliver high-quality code that is well-tested and consistently delivered on time
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Design teams
- Lead the design process, ensuring technical requirements are clearly communicated
- Mentor and lead other engineers, fostering a culture of responsibility and ownership
🔍 Requirements
- 6+ Years of coding and testing experience
- 4+ Years of backend coding experience
- Able to make decisions and consider trade-offs for short term vs long term technical decisions
