👉 Responsibilities
- Learn all about Invitae's products, processes, and policies to respond accurately to customer inquiries
- Help clients throughout the entire sample to report process
- Serve as the primary point of contact for ordering healthcare providers in your region
- Address questions, feedback, missing information, sample failures, and order delays promptly
🔍 Requirements
- 1+ years experience in a client-facing role
- Experience using Google Apps, Mac OS X, and CRM applications such as Salesforce
- Industry experience in biotech, life sciences, and/or healthcare is a plus
