👉 Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer tickets in line with Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators
- Serve as an escalation point for technically challenging tickets
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of the Help Centre's content
- Train colleagues in related fields to enhance their customer interaction skills
🔍 Requirements
- Must be a resident of the Netherlands with a permanent work permit
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Technical Support Engineer
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Management or Information Technology, or equivalent
