- Define ERG effectiveness and measure impact
- Support the development and delivery of DEIB training programs
- Lead in the development of special adhoc initiatives across DEIB + Development
- Assist in identifying, implementing, and sustaining corporate training programs
🔍 Requirements
- BA/BS or equivalent experience
- 4-5 years of DEIB/Facilitation Experience
- 2-3 Years of Learning Development Experience
