- Craft a joint Success Plan with the customer, aligning with their key business objectives and desired outcomes.
- Provide technology roadmaps, deployment guidance, and day 2 operations guidance.
- Identify performance optimization opportunities.
- Drive consumption, customer health, retention, and provide feedback to Product Management and Engineering.
🔍 Requirements
- Able to articulate customer key business objectives and begin crafting a Success Plan within one month.
- Must aim to achieve VCP (VMware by Broadcom Certified Professional) certification if not already certified.
- Required to have DV (Developed Vetting) level Security Clearance.
