👉 Responsibilities
- Serve as trusted advisor and ensure best-in-class execution for customers' operations
- Partner with customers to accelerate their desired outcomes
- Present achievements and customer progress regularly through Business Reviews
- Provide feedback to Product Management and Engineering to drive awareness of customer needs
🔍 Requirements
- Complete a five-week onboarding plan
- Develop and maintain deep technical knowledge and skills for VMware by Broadcom technology area
- Must be willing to work from customer sites and home
