👉 Responsibilities

  • Investigate incidents and analyze root causes.
  • Communicate incident resolution to clients clearly and within SLA.
  • Work with internal and external teams to reduce loss or impact of incidents.
  • Support team leader in training and coaching new or less experienced staff.

🔍 Requirements

  • Min 2 years experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar position in investigation and resolution.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch (written and oral).
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
