👉 Responsibilities

  • Manage employee lifecycle: support, payroll, benefits, contract amendments, off-boarding
  • Be the first point of contact for HR-related queries
  • Provide admin support: generate reports, employment verification letters, HRIS administration
  • Help the product and operations team create scalable systems

🔍 Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Management
  • Experience with offboardings
  • Knowledge about local labor law regulations in one or more regions
