  • Understand client's business related to email and guide them to use our services effectively
  • Monitor Sender Scores, blocklists, delivery rates, and proactively address issues
  • Ensure compliance with Service-Level Agreements, Terms Of Service, Acceptable Use Policies
  • Work with the Sales team to identify revenue growth opportunities

🔍 Requirements

  • Around 2 or more years of experience in Account Management, Technical Support, or similar role
  • Experience with email systems, DNS, Telnet, APIs
  • Fluent in German and English
