- Develop and implement talent management strategies
- Oversee learning and development programs
- Support Chief People Officer, HR Business Partners, and HR Generalists
- Establish a scorecard that measures workplace culture and HR service
🔍 Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Organization Development, Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent
- 7+ years of HR, talent management, and/or leadership development experience
- Compliance program participation and adherence
