You'll play a key role in shaping the colleague experience and providing high-quality support to People Managers across Marsh McLennan in the Pacific. You'll also contribute to the deployment of new processes aimed at People Managers.
👉 Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to People Managers across the full range of HR activities
- Support the rollout and delivery of HR programs and contribute to process improvements
- Ensure regulatory and statutory obligations are discharged locally
- During organizational restructuring, support People Managers and affected colleagues

- Expected to be in the local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week
