👉 Responsibilities

  • Offer level one and two technical support via phone, email, and chat
  • Diagnose and resolve escalated software issues
  • Document all technical issues and steps taken to resolve them
  • Stay updated with product updates, system changes, and support team procedures

🔍 Requirements

  • 2-4 years hands-on technical support experience at a SaaS company
  • 1-3 years experience in industry standard practices for file feeds, API, webhooks, SSO authentications
  • Ability to work Sunday - Thursday between 9am-6pm PST
