👉 Responsibilities
- Train customers and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues both remotely and on-site
- Respond to customer technical requests and provide follow-up
- Support internal teams with technical guidance and field service support
- Perform engineering functions for upgrade and service/maintenance contracts

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in mechanical or electrical engineering
- Minimum 10 years' experience with compressors, steam turbines, or related equipment
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, both domestically and internationally
