👉 Responsibilities

  • Manage post-sales activity, relationship-building and execution for Articulate 360 customers
  • Conduct regular customer check-ins and provide kick off calls
  • Prioritize and manage a high volume of customers to ensure on-time renewals
  • Be a customer advocate and provide internal feedback on how 360 can better serve customers

🔍 Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in customer-facing, account management or sale roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • BA or BS degree or equivalent
