The Good Food Institute

The Good Food Institute (GFI) is a nonprofit organization that supports the development and commercialization of alternative proteins such as plant-based, cultured, and fermented meats. With offices in various regions around the world, including Asia Pacific, Europe, India, and Israel, they provide resources and guidance to individuals and organizations interested in entering or expanding in the alternative protein space. Through their work, they hope to mitigate the environmental impact of our food system, decrease the risk of zoonotic disease, and ultimately feed more people with fewer resources.
