To be successful on this position you have to:

• • Have at least 2 years of experience working with Meta Ads (a must) and Google Ads or TikTok ads
  • Have experience designing & executing tests through paid channels
  • Have attention to detail to be able to analyze data and create actionable insights as a result
  • Have experience with managing big budgets
  • Have a go-getter attitude & be proactive
  • English at least B2, Polish at least B2

As a Performance marketing specialist you will have a direct impact on the development of the company in Poland and abroad, promoting the product you can be proud of, while working with a team of passionate marketers.
